Description

It is used as diagnostic radiopharmaceutical to detect benign and malignant osteogenic abnormalities and allows characterization of lesions in metabolic bone diseases. In cancer disease, it is used to accurately differentiate between benign and malignant processes. It is also used in monitoring subclinical response to treatment in a variety of clinical conditions such as osteoporosis, Paget’s disease, compression fractures, bone marrow failure, repetitive stress injuries and many other abnormal bone activities.
